Orders are sent out weekly on Fridays (we’re only a small team innit).
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class.
Orders to Europe / USA / Canada / Australia are shipped by Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UK WILL BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES/TAX FEES, PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS AND FEES MAY DIFFER FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.

Returns Policy.

Refunds are offered on full price items returned to us in as new condition within 14 days of receipt.

​We do not offer exchanges - if you require an alternative size, please place a new order and return the item for a refund.

To return an item, please drop us an email to orders at crispyboiworld.com or reply to your order confirmation email, stating your reason for return.

All costs incurred by the return are the responsibility of the returnee, unless a wrong or faulty item was sent. We recommend you use a tracked service to return your crispy goods to us.

Please include a note in your return parcel stating your full name, order number and email address.
